Matteo Corridori born in 1998 on Lake Como where he graduated in the Hotel School Program. At a very young age he began his work experience in the province, where he also passed through Paolo Longoni’s kitchen, moving to other regions of Italy, also having the opportunity to learn from Giancarlo Morelli’s kitchens.
He refined his experiences in London at 5-star extra luxury Stoke Park and at Marcus Wearing’s cuisine. He was awarded Second place in the competition “Young Masterchef of Great Britain 2017” with its finale happening in Scotland.
Back in Italy, he collaborates with the school where he graduated giving culinary lessons and shows his cooking in the reagiuon as well as internationally in Africa which hge has done twice.
