AcquaDolce’s Chef in Japan

Together with the President of the Como Chefs Association, Massimiliano Tansini, he  travelled on 31 October to 5 November to Tokamachi,Japan,  for the “International  Collaboration Protocol for the promotion of exchange initiatives in the training and catering sector” which provides for the realization of internships in companies of  the restaurant sector, between  Como and Japanese territories, for mutual knowledge of food and gastronomic cultures.
